Blackout fabric is typically used in conjunction with the Jason Mills high impact golf netting in golf bay ceilings. After the netting is installed as the "ceiling" to the bay, blackout fabric is laid over top to assist in darkening the bay. After both are installed the finished product appears to be one fabric. This technique is used by many manufacturers and if installed properly looks spectacular.
